Her extensive experience working as a Senior Manager in a range of industries including retail, print outsourcing, hospitality and HR outsourcing, and then as a global Talent Consultant and Executive Coach, informs her thinking and her practical, results-oriented style. Julia’s background, together with her MA in Psychological Coaching, provides her with deep insight into the challenges facing senior leaders and teams and enables her to help them implement the strategies they need to achieve their goals. 

Julia has a particular interest and expertise working with leaders who have recently been promoted, changed roles or taken on additional responsibility.
